Slippers are always a welcome gift. These elf-like ones look comfy enough. Not sure how easy they would be to make. The photos and the instructions on how to make them are clearly written however, I would make a test pattern out of a scrap fabric first to determine the correct sizing.

Great pattern and a lovely way to keep, feet warm or for gifting. An alternative bottom sole material is that nubby latex type that is commonly used on pajamas with feet! Remember those? A friend made me a similar pair of slippers using this and it does keep you from slipping. She used a fuzzy fleece for the inside and a satiny looking brocade on the outside! Really fancy!

These look like very comfy and cozy slippers. The pattern does seem a bit challenging to adjust to proper size, but I understand. I like that these slippers have a pointy turned up toe. It is also nice to find a pattern that is for a pair of slippers that can actually keep your feet warm. What a great idea to use the paint to make the slippers not slippery.

Thank you so much for the free patterns, I can hardly wait to try them. Diane Davis
