Spend less time prepping and more time sewing with SpraynBond Adhesives and Fabric Stiffener. In addition to Therm O Web’s sewable Basting Adhesive in the purple can and no-sew Fusible Adhesive in the red can, two innovative new sprays have joined the SpraynBond family of products: NEW Pattern & Stencil Adhesive and Fabric Stiffener.
SpraynBond Pattern & Stencil Adhesive holds patterns securely with a delicate, low-tack adhesive that allows patterns to be easily repositioned or removed without tearing. Pattern & Stencil Adhesive can also be used to hold stencils and rulers in place, and it won’t leave sticky adhesive residue behind on fabrics.
SpraynBond Fabric Stiffener makes fabrics more paper-like and fray-free for easier cutting, pressing, piecing and sewing. It can be used to temporarily stabilize knits and embroidery projects, too. It’s also ideal for fabric crafting using an electronic cutter; cut fabric as easily as you can cut paper. Unlike other fabric stiffeners available, there’s no need to soak fabric or wait hours for it to air-dry. Simply mist it on and iron for immediate results. Fabric Stiffener will wash out of fabric, ensuring quilts and wearables created with it stay soft and pliable. For dramatic 3D texture, spray and shape fabric as desired; air dry.
Long-time favorites in the sewing room, SpraynBond Fusible Adhesive and SpraynBond Basting Adhesive both have a fresh new look but the same trusted formulas for all kinds of sewists, quilters and fabric crafters. SpraynBond Fusible Adhesive is a permanent adhesive perfect for no-sew applications like home décor, costumes and applique projects. SpraynBond Basting Adhesive is a temporary-bond adhesive ideal for holding stabilizers onto fabrics, for creating quilt sandwiches of top, batting and backing, and for figuring out applique placement prior to sewing. No more pinning means more time sewing!
