Nice article to learn sewing by using apps... really great idea....

What a great idea this sewing apps is from keeping track of what you need and what you have to storing patterns for future use. I am always running into a piece of fabric that I love and thinking I will use it on making a shirt I love or something for my granddaughter and then forgetting how many yards I need and when I go back the fabric is gone. If you have the apps all you will need to do is look it up. There is an app for anyone. It is just a shame you can not get on all phones.

I hope it's okay to share- we just released a new sewing app called Sew Organized. There's more info on it here https//diydanielle.com/create-organized-phone-apps == /sewing-phone-app/ It is free on ios and android ) I've been using it to organize my fabric.

Great! Thanks for sharing :)

What a pity that the Sewing Buddy app is not available for iphon

I love using apps to keep track of what fabric and thread I have. It has saved me many trips to the store AND having too much of one type.

Super interesting article! I had no idea there were so many apps dedicated to sewing. It's great to know technology can make life easier for all types of crafters.
