  • Poly-Fil® premium polyester fiberfill
  • (approx.. 7oz per pillow)
  • (2) 12” x 12” squares of fabric
  • Thread to match
  • Piece of plain paper for template
  • Template

  1. Trace the attached template on a folded piece of paper starting at the fold and moving outward so you end with the bottom tip of your heart back at the fold again. With the paper still folded in half, cut on the drawn line and unfold it to reveal one large heart shape. (use template included)

  3. With right sides together, line up your fabric hearts.
  4. Using ¼” seam allowance, sew around the edges of the heart, leaving a 2” section open for turning.
  5. Turn right side out and stuff with Poly-Fil® until it is firm.
  6. Whipstich the opening closed.

I cannot get the proper size printout for the Heart Post Pillow. its way too small. If I make it 200% it prints only 1/4 picture in the lower right hand of the paper???

These pillows area great idea for women who have had breast surgery and I bet it makes things a lot easier for recovery. These are so easy to make and I wish there were more people to make them. I am going to try and download and do my best to make some and see where I can donate them too. It is bad enough to have gone through the surgery so why not make it a little easier and make a pillow so it will give them a little comfort and make them in some pretty designs or bright colors. These heart pillows are so easy and fast to make and the video shows you exactly how to do it. So if everyone just made one it will make a big difference. Lets all help. Make a pillow today.
