Great little tote pattern! I really love the book patterned fabric used in the sample design! You could probably adapt this tote pattern to carry a kindle or iPad or any device that is larger and needs 'toting'. This would make a nice gift for the college bound student as well as youngsters. Such a great pattern, thanks for sharing!

Hermoso, yo quiero hacer este modelo de bolso.

Awesome pattern. I plan to make the book tote for each of my three kids. We go to the library weekly and they're always scrambling to find something to carry their books in. The inside pocket is perfect for carrying their library card, a pen and a small notebook. I'm going to embroider their names on the back of the tote as well. The sewing tote is great for car rides and traveling. That one is for me. Thanks for the great tutorial.

Love the pattern for this. Very well explained. I will be making one of these really soon. My favorite part (other thatn the embroidery) is the decorative rings. I have thought about using the big gromets also and I know how hard they can be to get in strait and clean looking. I will be hitting Joann's to see about getting some of these to make this bag. Thank you for the tutorial!!
