From the Blogger: "As you get more adventurous with your sewing projects, you'll likely come across some that require bias binding. You can go out and buy what you need, but you'll be limited by what's available for colours and you certainly won't be able to get any in a print that matches your fabric. If you've progressed beyond absolute beginner, you can try out this VERY EASY (trust me) way of making a lot of CONTINUOUS bias binding out of a square of fabric. As a bonus, I will show you how to double-fold it just like the binding that you buy!"
